We offer a 5* housekeeping service for properties of all shapes and sizes. From country manor to a quaint holiday cottage or lock up and leave sail loft, we are able to help save you the stress of arranging each changeover clean whilst giving your guests a welcome that they will remember.
Whether it's cleaning a 1 bed apartment, or turning around a house that sleeps 18, our expert team are on hand to ensure your property is up to the standard that holiday makers have come to expect. We work in partnership with your holiday lettings agency to ensure a smooth changeover with your property.
Our high quality stock consists of bed linen, towels, bath mats, bath robes and facial cloths. All stock is varies between varied Standard, Stripe and Egyptian. Towelling products are available in hand towel, bath towel and bath sheet as well as facial cloths, bath mats and bath robes. We supply 660gsm as standard.
From Cornish cream teas, luxury organic breakfast hampers to locally sourced wine and flowers. We will ensure that your guests remember their welcome for all of the right reasons. We are also able to cater for bespoke hampers ensuring your customers receive a 1st class welcome.

Key Holding Service

We are able to offer all of our clients a key holding and alarm response service. Giving peace of mind that your property is looked after 24/7, 365 days a year.

General Maintenance 

From time to time, all properties need a little TLC. Whether is changing a light bulb, or a lick of paint, we are able to look after every aspect of your holiday home, ensuring that your guests are totally satisfied. 
We are now able to include gardening in our suite of services. From grass cutting, to hedge trimming and pruning, we take all of the effort out of running your holiday let property.
